First of all i'd like to clear something : Emma Carstairs is a new character and she's being introduced in this book .Cassandra Clare has basically introduced her as a character for her new series The Dark Artifices.So Sebastian is unstoppable.With the Cup and his pack of dark shadow hunters he is invincible.Clary is like a prize to him,a prize that he'll do anything to get.And Jace is determined not to let him.Who will win?Will the heavenly fire consume Jace before he can stop Sebastian ?The betrayal so great that the shadow hunters  have never seen.In their quest to save the world from endless doom Clary,Jace,Alec,Magnus,Izzy and Simon will sacrifice anything,even enter one of the most dangerous demonic realm........Till what extent will they go?

My Reviews........
I will only say one thing ,"their are the sacrifices that we make........"This was the perfect wrap up ever.Though it starts to go a little downwards in the end but in the end it is perfect.P.S.(Spoilers)Jace also remembers to take a condom  to the demonic realm.It was a amazing read for me.My advice ,do let its size intimidate you.

About this series...........
This on my top ten series that i've read and i highly recommend it to all you guys.The story mainly revolves around a 15 year old girl Clary Fray who discovers about this hidden shadow world and that that she has been a part of it all along.We follow her story in the quest to save her loved ones and defeat the evil that is threatening to destroy the whole world.

BOOK 4:CITY OF FALLEN ANGELS
After her father was punished for all the sins he had committed Clary thought that her life will finally have some stability,but,she was wrong. Jace is being distant and Clary and Jace's relationship has reached a"stage". Meanwhile the Mark of Clain on Simon's head has remained true  to its legend(the legend  is that who ever bears that mark is going to be a loner for his entire life ).Also being  a daylighter he now is  prone to more attacks and is being under constant suspicion  of his mother.Simon is also being dragged into vampire politics.On the other hand Jocelyn  discovers that someone is trying  to make more children like Jonathan.With constant threat to Simon's life,darkness and evil lurking in the background threatening to destroy Clary and Jace ,will they survive it?Also another ancient  evil seems to be resurrecting ........

BOOK 5:CITY OF LOST SOULS
Clary has left no stone unturned to find her Jace.Others have given up any hope but she is still determined to find him.She also went as far to go to the Seelie Queen to ask for help and agreed to pay the price of 2 faerie rings.While retrieving those rings for the Queen she runs into Jace,a Jace who is twisted by evil.But she sees a glimpse of her Jace and "will" save him.She persuades Simon to let her follow Jace to the different realm and gives him one of the faerie rings to communicate.While all Clary's friends are busy in finding a weapon to kill Sebastian she was busy unraveling his evil plans to finish what their father had started.Will they succeed in their tasks and come out unscratched?

THE MORTAL INSTRUMENTS

The Mortal Instruments series has six books in total plus a pre sequel series (The Infernal Devices) and sequel series which is going to be released in 2016(The Dark Artifices).
This series are a set of amazing fantasy book that are heart gripping and will influence you and change you for the better(at least that's what happened to me).
I will be reviewing the first three books plus the movie.

BOOK 1:CITY OF BONES
This story takes place in 2007 New York City.The main protagonist Clary Fray is leading a perfectly normal life of a 15 year old with her best friend Simon when her life is hit by a hurricane of trueths that her mother has been hiding from her.But before she discovers the whole trueth,Clary's mother,Jocelyn, is kidnapped.In the mission to save her mother Clary discovers a hidden world of shadow hunters which she is a part of.He evil father who is supposed to be dead is not so dead after all.Their is a veil blocking all the answers to her problems.Will she be able to get past it?With Jace and his shadow hunter friends helping her,will she be able to defeat the evil and rescue her mother?
Also between the action packed story blossoms a beautiful romance.

THE MOVIE:

The movie was good.They stuck to the book for quite some bit but not enough for the liking of the fans.Their have been quite some mixed reactions from the fans,some liked it some didn't. Personally i think they did succeed in creating the shadow world as i imagined it.Also the chemistry between Jace and Clary and Simon and Clary has been portrayed well too.I think the movie is worth a shot.

BOOK 2:CITY OF ASHES
Clary has managed to save her mother from the clutches of her evil father but only to see her in a unbreakable coma?Simon is a little too glad about Jace turning out to be Clary's brother and make the first move towards furthering their relationship to become more than friends.Meanwhile the shadow hunters are suspicious of Jace being a spy for Valentine(clary's father).So Jace has been kicked out of the institute. Clary is trying her best to get her mother out of the coma when she is informed that Jace has been taken to the Silent City and has been imprisoned their.Will Clary be able to save  Jace from false accusations and revive her mother from the coma?

BOOK 3:CITY OF GLASS
Clary is finally seeing a ray of hope of saving her mother but everything is going downhill for Clace !!!!Idris seems to hold most of the answers to her questions.While Jace is treating her nothing more than a sister,her heart is breaking.He is going out of his way and being extra rude to her.Meanwhile it appears that the incident at the ship was not the end of her father,he is back and more determined than ever to destroy the shadow world.There are demon invasions in a place that is considered the most protected.Their is betrayal,action,
death everything!!!!!

THE INFERNAL DEVICES

BOOK 1:Clockwork Angel
The main protagonists of this book are Tessa Gray,Will Herondale and James Carstairs.
Tessa's Aunt is her only relative besides her brother Nathan and when she passes away,Nathan suggests that she comes to London to stay with him.But when Tessa comes to London she is kidnapped by some witches.The witches threaten her that if she does not do as she is told they will kill her brother.Later she is rescued by Will and Jem(James).She is provided protection by the London Institute.Tessa posses a rare ability to become anyone by just touching any object possessed by that person/thing.

BOOK 2:Clockwork Prince
this book we discover more about the mysterious Will Herondale. The past that haunts him and many more shocking things.Tessa is barely able to stay out of the claws of the mysterious Magister who wants to use her gift to revenge something that will destroy the whole world.To find the reason of the Magister's revenge,Tessa,Will and Jem set out on a journey.Tessa finds herself dawn to Jem while her irrational attraction for Will continues to persist.Full of action and mystery,the Clockwork Prince is an amazing sequel.

BOOK 3:Clockwork Princess
Jem and Tessa are getting married.But the Magister is not going to let this happen.He has stopped all the opium supplies to the whole entire England itself.Without the opium supply Jem's already short life has become impossibly shorter.Meanwhile the institute is attacked by the clockwork soldiers and Tessa is captured but she manages to escape with the help of her Clockwork Angel but is recaptured and taken to the Magister. With Jem succumbing to his condition he asks Will to promise him to save Tessa.........This story is full of pain and loss and unveiling secrets,a perfect ending.....

My Experience......
This series was one of the best series i've read till now.It was a fantastic read for me.I couldn't put it down once i started reading it.

Why should you read it?

Born in America Clare is actually Jewish but doesn't follow any religion.She spent her child hood travelling back and forth between Switzerland ,England and France.She actually began writing fan fiction and traveled her way up as a independent author.

Why do I like Cassandra Clare's writings?
To begin with,her writings are amazing.Cassandra Clare's books are entwined together in a impossible way ,unique only to her writings.Her way of describing things almost instantly transports one where Clare wants the readers to be.It gives me immense pleasure when I read her books.She has everything that a amazing,wonderful author needs in them and possibly more.

She inspires any one who wishes to become a author one day.

The Infernal Devices is the best(according to me).I will be reviews those books soon.The Shadow hunter Chronicles comes next on my list.These two series come in the top ten series I've ever read. 

If you are a fan of young adult novels and love fantasy then these series are one of the most amazing ones you can find.You can pick these books without thinking twice.She is one of the most amazing authors.I encourage anyone and everyone to read her books if you haven't yet.

THE HEIR(THE SELECTION#4)

The Heir is the fourth novel in The Selection.Though most of us would love more of Maxon and America,the story mainly focuses on Eadlyn their daughter and its from her POV.

Eadlyn is the heir to the throne of IIIea  but she doesn't want to be "the heir".She also has a twin brother Ahern who was born a few minutes after her.King Maxon has succeeded in eliminating the cast system.But the rebels continue.Thinking that the people of IIIea are in need of a distraction Eadlyn parents request her to agree to hold a selection. Half heartedly she agrees.She thinks that her countrymen love her but this assumption is shattered when people show their hatred towards her.Eadlyn thinks that she doesn't need a man to rule by her.She also thinks that love weakens people........

My Experience......

(this quote stuck to me in perticular)

Okay so Kiera has portrayed Eadlyn as a spoilt royal pain in the ass kinda character. Though Eadlyn is aware of her responsibilities she is so thick skinned and sometimes plain stupid.She hurts people so much.Oh god i personally didn't like the book as much as the first three but towards the end it got a tad bit better.

Sometimes author deliberately do that to glorify character development and seriously no one needs character development more than Eadlyn. And i think it started at the ending of the book.Betrayal,such a betrayal.And cliffhanger OMG!!!!!

Kiera Cass has left us despirately waiting for the last book The Crown which comes out next year in may!!!

THE ELITE and THE ONE(THE SELECTION#2&#3)

The Elite and The One are the amazing and breathe taking sequels to The Selection.Following the story of America Singer and Prince Maxon,both these books are quite interrelated.So I decided to review them together.

My Review  on The Elite (spoiler_free).......
For those of you who don't know this story takes place 300 years in the future USA.The Selection has reached a stage were the competitors have been narrowed down to The Elite.From the beginning Prince Maxon only had eyes only for America.But America is confused.With Aspen here in the palace as a guard,trying to convince here of their love,America's conflicted feelings are increasing.Meanwhile Prince Maxon decides to give chance to all the other girls till America comes to a decision.With the competition getting thicker and the rebelious attacks getting more frequent The Elite is a heart stopping sequel to The Selection........

My Experience......
I personally liked this book better than the first one.It had more form to it.This book was a amazing read for me.I recommend it to all of you.

My Review on The One(spoiler_free)....
This book is the perfect ending to the story of America Singer and Prince Maxon.Its interesting to watch America actually try for winning Maxon's hand.America has finally making a decision but its breaking Aspen.We watch Aspen and his last attempts to save his love.The story is overshadowed by massive rebel attacks too.This book is heart stoppingly wonderfully executed(hats of to the author).This story will give you all types of feels.....

This story revolves around a girl named America Singer.America is sure that Aspen is the love of her life and she wants to spend her rest of the life with him.But their caste barrier restricts them.When A Selection for the crowned Prince of Illea is announced,Aspen forces America to put her name in.She is surprisingly chosen o be one of the 35 girls who will compete for the Prince's hand and the crown.We see America going through the heavy compitition,tricks and surviving rebelious attacks on the castle.While training to be a suitable princess she finds her feelings changing for the prince......

The story is set in dystopian America post world war 4 .With all previous American history hidden this story is also a quest for unveiling the history.......

My Experience.......
This book was a quite quick,easy and light read.If you are having a book hangover you can read this book/series.It was a really good read for me.

The books in the selection series have cliffhanger endings(not all).And cliffhanger is such a good thing in this series.

THE KISS OF DECEPTION(THE REMNANT CHRONICLES)

Fantasy.Most people love fantasy novels.If you are a fantasy lover and haven't read kiss of deception "yet" then READ IT NOW.

It is a book that is the cup of tea for any fantasy lover, in fact any reader.

The story starts when our main protagonist Princess Arabella or Lia is forced to marry the Prince of Dalbreck whom she has never met.She is the pawn of the council members of her kingdom Morrighan used for forming an alliance with Dalbreck.

She fleas on her wedding day accompanied by Pauline(her maid and most trusted friend) to escape the marriage that's been forced upon her.She is closely followed by the prince and an assassin.The story revolves around trying not to be discovered by the royal spies.Later in the story we see Lia falling in love with....(that's a mystery who she falls for)

This story is one of the most suspense filled stories i've read.It keeps one at their toes and you can't stop reading it once you have picked it up.

Talk about plot twist,this story is full of 'em.The plot twist in this story is either very obvious from the beginning or not so obvious.

THE HEART OF BETRAYAL(THE REMNANT CHRONICLES#2)

The Heart of Betrayal is the most spectacular read of the year for me.Usually the second books in the series are not the best.Usually.But this book is an exception. Impossibly this book is even better than the first one.Though it is set in a little darker setting The Heart of Betrayal is inspirational in a way that can't be expressed in words.

For those of you who haven't read the Kiss of Deception here's a brief overview.....

Lia has been abducted to Venda.It appear that she is not only to worry about her own life but her beloved Rafe.Lia thought she had seen enough horrors but it appears that she is wrong.The Komizar is beyond her worst nightmare.Determined to survive she is determined to go to any lengths but to what extent.Survival can take any lengths of sacrifices from one...........

My Experience.......

Spoilers ahead......This is the Best book of 2015.I'm totally blown away by this book.The tittle seemed to have two meanings...1)Kaden's betrayal to Komizar and 2)Lia's betrayal to Kaden. Oh my god!This book has left me utterly speechless.The real dragon appears to be the Chancellor . With the Komizar's death I see new hope for Venda that's good too.I have only one word for this book.....PERFECT

HARRY POTTER by J K ROWLINGS

I know some people will fin it hard to believe that some readers haven't read harry potter.I know its sounds ridikulus but its true.

So all the readers out their who like reading any type of books I will suggest you to at least give harry potter your time.

Things that make people hesitant to read harry potter;

*the volume

if you don't like reading long fat books or prefer the short contemprory ones you should at lest read the first one i.e harry potter and the sorcerer's stone.Its fairly short and if you find it interesting you can go ahead and complete the series.

I think that's all that makes readers hesitate to read harry potter and believe me if you give it a try you would wish the books where longer or their were more books in the series.

Why you should read harry potter?
